Financial strategy and oversight without the cost of a full-time hire. This includes regular reporting, cash flow forecasting, and hands-on support for the financial decisions that actually move your business — pricing, growth, hiring, or evaluating a deal. I bring the numbers and the analysis; you make the call with real information in hand.
